Supernatural Overflow

Beloved Saints,

In the just concluded referendum, Kenyans demonstrated that they are mature enough to conduct a free and fair democratic election regardless of one’s position. However what bothers me is that no matter how much Kenyans pray and petition God; it always seems that our political leaders always get the country back to “nowhere”. Something is seriously wrong and so we need to address the situation in order to graft in a supernatural overflow that will positively impact the spiritual, financial and socio-political landscape of Kenya and Kenyans abroad! But for such transformation to occur, something radically different need be deposited, launched or invested in Kenya and amongst the Kenyan Americans - for we cannot continue to expect extraordinary results when we continue to do the ordinary.

The situation in Kenya is a classic example of the plight of many Kenyans and Kenyan Americans who find themselves in dire need of a Supernatural Overflow for no matter how much we study, how hard we work or how many doubles and triples we do or how much we invest-- we always seem to hit the same position we were yesterday and last year!

So you see, we need a serious Breakthrough to get us out of where we find ourselves! A Powerful Supernatural Intervention that ACTIVATES the Economic, Spiritual, Political and Social composition in our lives! Let me explain…

Do you ever get so frustrated in life cause no matter how much you continue to trust God for increased overflows in your financial and natural life - NOTHING seems to change because you somehow end up where you begun in the first place? So yes, you’re still saved and spiritual and you do continue to pray, fast and believe in God, but then whenever you wake up, you always continue doing the same thing/s you did yesterday and so the result remains today as it was yesterday. So what’s happening now in your life is a cycle of frustration which unless checked, may build up hopelessness, faithlessness and skepticism towards supernatural overflow in your heart and life.

Now if you find yourself in such a state, then I believe that today I have a very special word for you from God’s word. So very quickly turn with me to John 21:1-6 and also John 20:30-31. Later on I will also invite you to read one of the most interesting and unique “Overflow” testimonies in Genesis 30:22-43.

And as we focus on the Word, I truly pray that the Lord will begin to BIRTH in you an INNOVATIVE IDEA which God would use to Activate SUPERNATURAL OVERFLOWS in your life. So all I ask you is that PLEASE DON’T HOLD BACK. But instead listen to what the Spirit is saying to you personally and then ACT on that Word of Faith -for then and only then will your life circumstances begin to effect the overflow you’ve been awaiting! Okay quickly let’s go to John 21:1-5 …

But so as to get a better grip of what is going on maybe we should start with John 21:30-31. In this pericope, John tells that all the signs Jesus did, He did so that we may Believe in Jesus. And that in believing we may have life in His name!

Saints there it is, and we once again missed it; that we may believe in Jesus for Life! It is ironic that even the disciples did not know how to experience this life as the incidents of the miraculous catch in John 21 indicate. Let’s go on...

In the first place, the disciples who are obviously frustrated opt to go fishing. Now fishing was quite a natural and familiar thing to them for some of them like Peter were professional fishermen. This means that they did not quite “require Faith to go fishing” because they were familiar to it anyway. This fact therefore made it easier for them to fall back into fishing instead of facing up the challenges of their NEW that Christ was calling them into.

Let me repeat that again, the disciples did not think they needed Supernatural FAITH to fish for they were not only familiar to fishing but were also career/professional fishermen. And so rather than dare BELIEVE IN JESUS and Launch into “FAITH Enterprises”, it was more natural and much easier to just go get a job as “ordinary” people would and that’s why they went back to fishing. Unfortunately to the disciples, even the “natural familiar” fishing they expected to benefit from eluded them for they caught nothing! WHY??? Because God was PUSHING them to Venture Out into Faith rather falling back into the “ordinary”.

Saints, did you realize what they just did? It’s exactly what we catch ourselves doing. Falling back into the natural faithless [worldly] way of getting out of a Faith Challenge vis a vis getting an “ordinary” job for the sake of survival rather than Believing God for a Faith Venture.

Beloved, could it be that the Lord has caused you to catch nothing so that He may PUSH you to Venture out in Faith?? For “natural faithless seeds bear natural results but Supernatural Faith Seed yields Supernatural Overflows”!

So for a whole night, they worked hard but caught nothing! All their efforts were fruitless even despite their expertise. In the end they ended up wasting a whole night and doing nothing profitable for themselves or for the Kingdom of God. Friends, I find this very thing happening with us today. Whereby we engage in faithless ways and ironically continue to expect supernatural overflows to occur.

Jesus appeared to confront the disciples on this very point in verse 4: “when the day was BREAKING”, BUT the disciples did not even recognize that Jesus had appeared before them!! Can you believe that? Let me rephrase this again …

In their going out to fish, the disciples became engrossed in trying to survive and save themselves using human schemes of survival instead of venturing in Faith as God would have them. And so driven by frustration and hopelessness of a whole night were they that they could not even notice the presence of God among them.

It is sad, but don’t be so quick to judge these men of God for like them, we too get sold out to jobbing and trying to make “some money” to pay our bills to the point that we don’t even notice Christ’s physical presence when HE is standing right beside us. No wonder then we have become even more hopeless, busy, tired and frustrated ‘cause God is not blessing our earthly faithless efforts. Do you get it? Your doubles and triples are fruitless before Christ for if you can only let Him, He would bless you with a supernatural overflow without those doubles!

Now listen to me Saints for I strongly believe that God is fixed to uplift our slavery lifestyles here in the US, if only we will listen to God and get our directives from His throne. I also strongly believe that if we listen to God, He will give us ideas and innovations that will change our destinies forever because we will stop depending on the natural worldly “ordinary” ways and instead embark on new FAITH FILLED business ventures and unimaginable entrepreneurships. This is the breakthrough we need and I’m confident that God is speaking unto the Kenyan population --for if we can only believe and venture out in Faith, only then shall we will see God’s supernatural power in action yielding supernatural overflows. Such overflows will in turn make us important assets in the US as well as a much needed blessing to Kenya.

Let us ask ourselves, why is it that when a gifted person leaves Kenya for the US, the only job he or she gets is a humbling underpaid job “just” for the sake of survival not just for two, three, four or five years but for even ten years? Tell me, what happened to the Kenyan Faith and Entrepreneurship? Ohh where is our Innovation and Launching Out in Faith? Ohh Please, Please why do we doubt God in this? Have we become like the Disciples of Christ? Have we now resorted to fishing instead of living a life of Faith in Obedience to God?

My fellow Kenyans, who has lied to us that we cannot mount to anything here in the US? And why are we allowing ourselves to LIMIT what GOD can do through us? Imagine all the Faith, Education, Brains, Skill, Gifting, Talents, Spirituality, Health and Innovation we posses and yet we continue to allow ourselves to believe in lies that lead to Nothingness, Mediocrity and Ordinary Survival Mode/s.

Saints my question is for how long shall will we continue trying fishing all night long without success? Don’t you realize that it’s DAYBREAK and Christ is standing in front of us ready to give us supernatural commands that will yield Supernatural Exploits in our finances, spirituality, families, lives, churches etc!

Honestly, where is Jesus in our toiling and moiling? Or is He absent and detached because we left Him the moment we choose to go out fishing on our own accord without Him? I believe it’s a high time we paused and Saw Jesus. For only then can we hear His command “cast the Nets onto the right side”. Friends one catch with Christ is worth more than a nights toiling! Friends, “Necessity could be the mother of Invention” BUT today we stand on the Daybreak time zone so therefore let’s listen to Christ’s instructions. For when we cast our NETS on the right side, our NETS will be so caught up with fishes that we will not even be able to haul because the NETS will be full of Supernatural Overflow! So how are your nets? Are they Full or Empty?

Please notice too that there was nothing magical with the NETS, yes there was also nothing spectacular with the boat or the sea or the fish either BUT the only difference this time was that when THEY CAST THEM NETS AT THE WORD OF CHRIST, their CASTING was in direct OBIDENCE to the Spoken Rhema Word. This is where what we need today since we are desperately in NEED of Economic Overflows. Saints, let’s face it, - how long shall we as God’s Saints continue “SURVIVING” like every other unbeliever out there without overflowing results?

Ohh its time we begun hearing Jehovah God GIVE US IDEAS TO CAST OUT THE NETS INTO THE RIGHT SIDE. Yes, don’t talk yourself out of the supernatural overflow but instead fix your eyes on Jesus and VENTURE OUT ON THE RIGHT SIDE IN & BY FAITH for therein will you begin your supernatural overflow having more fish than you can ever HAUL! Ohh Kenyans, we need Supernatural Overflows more than ever. So after we have prayed, fasted and waited upon God, let us now Arise and VENTURE OUT with Christ and PULL the HAUL into our Boat/s!!!!

And if we continue doing what we do naturally and expect to an overflow harvest, we deceive ourselves. Instead we need Divine INSPIRATION to CHANGE; yes that Inspiration which eternally changes our lives forever; from frustration, hopelessness, Depths of Despair to Abundant Living! Ohh do I have a witness?

Let me remind us that Jacob in many respects was like you and I for he was loved and highly favored of God. But despite God’s hand being upon him, Jacob still lived a natural life at Laban’s country. Yes “Jacob was still blessed even though the blessings had not been ACTIVATED in his life when he lived at Laban’s home.

You see, the one grave mistake we commit today is doubting God’s Blessing and Anointing in our lives just because we find ourselves under Laban’s dominion! That’s the mistake we make, for just because of our present circumstances prevail momentarily, we quickly forget how much we are a Blessed People. However, since we now realize that we are so blessed in Christ, let us in faith now Arise into our Economic Liberation!

The point here is that Jacob realized the reality that even though he lived in Laban’s household, yet he was not experiencing a life characterized by Faith and Supernatural Overflows as he ought to. So in order to change his life, he by faith ventured into what became the turning point of his Supernatural Overflow! See, Jacob had to change his Life once and for all in order for Him to get Supernatural Overflows. Can you trust God to do likewise for you?

Beloved, this is the place we need to come to; WE MUST NEED OUT OF a faithless unfruitful ordinary fishing in order to ACTIVATE that Supernatural Overflow stored for us in Christ! Friends, please realize that like Jacob, we are Blessed, Loved and Honored BUT we need to be “fed up with our present circumstances” and start VENTURING out in Faith and Obedience to God’s Word.

And just as the cattle and sheep were the NETS for Jacob’s supernatural overflow, your NETS is what God has already gifted you with today, and so you need not look any further, for you are already equipped for the blessed haul. So Cast your Nets! Let’s continue to examine how Jacob turned his faithless life into a Faith filled Prosperous Overflow in Genesis 30.

Now when Jacob needed a SUPERNATURAL OVERFLOW, he also realized that he was responsible to ACTIVATE that overflow. Secondly, Jacob also realized that there was no way he was going to PROSPER “under Laban’s natural laws”. And so he asked out of Laban’s laws and stepped out in Faith. Likewise saints, we cannot continue working under “Laban” and expect a Supernatural Overflow. Yes, Laban may have given you a place to stay and a bride, but there comes a time when you have to seek your PROPSEROUS DESTINY and at such a time, you have to VENTURE OUT in Faith without being caught up in Laban’s enslaving tactics and faithless comforts!

Simply stated therefore, you have to LET GO of whatever BINDS you to Laban and simply LET GOD begin Prospering you with the Overflows! There is no shortcut; you have to let go and let God! That’s what Jacob was up to when he faced Laban with the words “LET ME DEPART FROM YOU” Verse 26.

And after his release, Jacob embarked on a divine venture with God that changed his “economic” overflow forever! Now think about this way, Jacob’s idea to separate the cattle was not just an ordinary idea but it was an inspiration ordained and blessed by God. Because of this, God worked behind the scenes and publicly rewarded Jacob’s Faith with overflows! Do you get it? Ohh read further how Jacob became “EXCEEDINGLY PROSPEROUS” [Verses 32- 43].

Ohh Saints do you get it? In one instance, Jacob was without but when he ventured out in Faith out of Laban’s confinement, and he begun experiencing an abundant overflowing prosperity! And guess what saints? What God did for Jacob then, HE WILL DO FOR YOU NOW!

Now listen to me carefully, YOUR DAYBREAK HAS COME and God is willing, ready and able to bring you into that place of Overflow, if only you be willing to LISTEN and VENTURE out in Faith. This is the only path to SUPERNATURAL OVERFLOW. Ohh that we would become Believers and dare to BELIEVE so as to effect Supernatural Prosperous Overflow.

Friends, what do we have to loose anyway? If we don’t venture out, we will die wanting, enslaved, poor and wretched, but if we venture out, we will become BLEESED and ABUNDANTLY PROPSEROUS! So therefore lets Cast out our NETS! And let the Lord bring the FISHES into your NETS….

Ohh yes, Saints, are we really people of Faith? Then let’s put our faith to action. And Ohh that we may go into business with Christ rather than with them uncle Labans of this world. And Ohh that we will further LAUNCH OUT in FAITH; for without faith it is impossible to Please God! So begin SEPARATING THE CATTLE or CASTING YOUR NETS on the Right Side as per the Word of God for therein shall you experience your much needed Overflow!
