« BACK NEXT » 1 I 2 I 3 I 4 I 5 I 6 I 7 I 8 All Saints Alliance Constitution ARTICLE 1 Name & Address of the Corporation The name of this corporation shall be "The All Saints Church Alliance," Incorporated, herein after referred to as ASCA and the principal place of conducting its business shall be Urbana, Ohio. ...................................................... ARTICLE 2 Nature of the Corporation The All Saints Church Alliance shall be a not-for-profit, non-sectarian, and trans-denominational, Christian organization of Bible believing, Bible practicing Ministers, Churches and Ministries. ...................................................... ARTICLE 3 Life of the Corporation The life of this corporation shall be perpetual. ...................................................... ARTICLE 4 Mission of the Corporation The Mission of the All Saints Church Alliance is to unite Pastors, Church Leaders, Churches and Ministries together into a worldwide prayer movement by: 1) Providing an alliance in which members Covenant to unite together with God and with each other to pray and establish the reign of Christ in the world. [John 17:11] 2) Providing an alliance in which members gather together to fellowship and worship God in Truth and in Spirit. [John 4:24; Psalm 133:1] 3) Providing an alliance in which members empower the body of Christ by networking their talents, giftings, callings, and resources. [Acts 13:2-3] 4) Providing an alliance that encourages and facilitates the means for accountability both for pastors, churches and ministries [Acts 15:4] 5) Providing an alliance in which members challenge each other to walk in faith and holiness and to become like Christ [Acts 11:26]. 6) Providing an alliance which can offer credible recognized ministry credentials, license and ordination, to qualified members. 7) Providing an alliance for autonomous churches that they may have communion and association with other churches of like mind and still retain complete their autonomy. 8) Providing an alliance in which members can find companionship through correspondence, revival meetings, regional conventions, international conventions and other associations with each other. 9) Providing an alliance that offers membership to mushrooming Churches and ministries in order to assist them with fellowship in association with other churches and ministries. 10) Providing an alliance that can recommend or liaise with different pastors, Christian workers, churches and ministries to fill in a vacancy or ministry opportunity. ...................................................... ARTICLE 5 Powers of the Corporation 1. The All Saints Church Alliance shall have the right and power to acquire by gift, devise, bequest, purchase, or otherwise, and to own, sell, rent, use or to otherwise deal in and with real or personal property, or any interest therein situated in or out of the State of Ohio. 2. This corporation shall have the right and power to do all things necessary to execute and carry out the purpose for which it is established. 3. This corporation shall have all the rights and powers, which are guaranteed, to organizations of like nature by the laws of the State of Ohio, the laws of the different states in which it shall conduct business, and the laws of the United States. 4.
